A basic cleaning — also known as a maintenance cleaning — is made for recurring clients. I offer weekly, bi-weekly and monthly service, so your home stays guest-ready without you lifting a finger.

- All windows wiped down and window sills dusted
- Blinds and shutters dusted — including the tops of curtain rods
- Light fixtures dusted
- All furniture dusted (polished on request)
- Inside of all glass doors cleaned
- Mirrors cleaned
Kitchen
- Outside of all appliances wiped down
- Inside of the microwave cleaned
- Cabinet fronts spot-cleaned as needed
- Countertops wiped down and disinfected
- Backsplashes wiped down
- Sinks cleaned
Bathrooms
- Showers, tubs and toilets scrubbed clean
- Sinks and mirrors cleaned
Bedrooms & finishing touches
- Beds made or straightened
- Under beds dusted
- Wastebaskets emptied and kitchen trash taken out
- Patio furniture dusted on request
- All floors vacuumed and mopped
